10 ROUNDS OF SWISS-STYLE CHESS
This is an official USCF-rated tournament. USCF rules and regulations will be strictly adhered to. All players must have current memberships in order to play. Boards, pieces, and clocks will be provided. Open to all current USCF members. First round starts at 6:00 p.m. All other rounds will begin immediately after previous round. Time control is G/3 minute + 2 second increment. Sections will be created based on participation and at TD’s discretion. Players may not select what section to play in. All pairings and Swiss Sections are final once they are posted.
• Entry fee $5.00 (Free for Titled Players and UTRGV Chess Club Members)
• Registration accepted online only by Friday, May 31st @ 5:30pm.
• Online payment only (No Cash/Checks will be accepted).
• Current unofficial USCF BLITZ ratings will be used. If a player does not have one, then current unofficial USCF Regular will be used instead.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
